Thanks Craig,
I'll give it some thought. I live in the bush and ease of changing a flat is a consideration.
Cheers,
John.

Can I run tubeless tyres on FPS rims?
I am certain the info is already on the forum, but I have had no luck finding it.
Cheers

Stopping dead in the Rain
G'Day,
my 860 GTS stops dead in the rain. Leave it overnight and it starts first pop, and runs perfectly. I was heading to the Superbikes, Phillip Is and got to the top of Mt Hotham where the rain brought me to a complete stop. Trucked it to Bright, next day started perfectly. Rain this weekend ...

I am trying to find out because I am having difficulty selling my TRX 850, and something has to go. The TRX has been on the market for 8 months. Its reasonably priced and has many aftermarket features, so I am at a loss. Anyway, I have three bikes and a vintage Citroen, and I need to drop something ...

Value of an 860 GTS
G'Dayt all,
What is a 1976 860 GTS worth roughly?
It is registered, will have a new ignition system (non Ducati), goes perfectly, have just put new piston, valves, seats etc in one head, is black with a silver stripe and chrome guards.
Live in NSW country OZ.
Cheers,
JP

860 vs 900 pots
Can anyone tell me if it is true that the standard 860 barrel can be bored to take the 900 pistons.
I am asking becasue local supplier Gowanloch tells me 860 pistons are
like hens teeth.
Appreciate any advice you can provide.

G'Day all,
Just bught an 860GTS with a valve head embeded in the head sideways.
Top of the piston has some interesting engravings in it as a result.
Will be fun to fix it up.
