Any suggestions for sources of 2.75x16 and 3.25x16 tires for my 160 monza jr? switch to 80/90 and 90/100? vintage look?

Also, this "barn find" ($60) doesn't have a chain - can't seem to find the specs - can anyone tell me size and pitch?

I'm trying to remove the chrome bezel on a monza 160 speedometer to clean the inside of the glass. The bezel rotates freely, but seems like there should be a tab (in back) to release it. What's the trick? just pry it off?

I'm restoring a 160 monza jr. that's missing the frame VIN sticker. Can anyone post a picture of a completed headstock id sticker so I can create a reasonably accurate reproduction?
