pump diaphram
Been messing about with the 5cc per 20 pumps this weekend? Patience has been needed. Seems all over the place...one session 4cc the next 6cc?? I've had another look at the diaphrams inside the pumps. Should they be tight or fairly baggy?? The are not torn and other than being fairly baggy looking ...

accelerator pump adjustment
I have just reconditioned both carbs on my GT750. Unfortunately I unscrewed the adjustment bolt to the accelerator pump to change the O ring and then realised these are factory set!! Fortunately due to the change in colour on the bolts I could re screw them in.....question is:

750 GT oil filter
Can anyone clarify whether the 860 sump oil filter is the the same as the 750GT.?? It appears ever so slightly shorter in the end tube fitment than the one I have removed ( about 4mm). I am not sure how far in this filter tube goes into the sump housing within the engine?

lockheeds
Found a useful site! www.apracing.com. Gives you the classic masters and calipers. Through this and abit of running around I have managed to get the seals, pistons and diaphrams....totally restored original brakes!

fork oil viscosity
The Haynes manual for the Ducati 750GT 1974 states that the fork oil should be 30SAE. This seems quite thick. Is it correct. Any recommendations for viscosities?

Power Air filters
I am looking to replace some old S and B filters on my 1974 Duke GT.
The diameter of the cone is clearly important on the rear carb, if you want to refit the side panel. I see you have some "tinies" in your sales section. Are you able to tell me what they are so I can try and source them in the UK ...

engine breather filters
My 750GT has had S and B (k&N type)air filters fitted to it. As the breather pipe is not now attched to any air box, is it wise to fit a breather engine filter direct to the hard plastic spout or to the top of the rubber hose under the tank?
Suggestions?

Brakes for 750GT
Thanks Steve. It sounds like this is the option I will go for. I am scratching my head a bit though. Someone has injected confusion in me by talking about diameters of calipers to diameters of master cylinders??
