Tach Drive disassembly

Can someone provide some guidance on disassembly of a tach drive for a 72 750GT? I'm getting a leak in the tach drive area and would like to disassemble and clean. But I don't see a circlip or similar. Just a roll pin on the outside. Thanks for any help.

WANTED: 1-into-2 choke cable

Looking for a replacement choke cable for a '73 750GT. Prefer european version but USA version (although a bit longer) will work.

Bevels with a similar choke setup my also be an option.

OR, if you know where a custom cable can be made, please post.

TIA,
Edward

That seems about right in terms of price.

As for the internals, you can do it yourself with por15 - cleaner, etchers, and sealer - to prevent rust and such.

See the MC specific kit at www.por15.com

I used it on a refurbished tank 2 years ago and it's still good. Just make sure you follow the ...

Amal Carb information

For a 72/73 750GT:

Is there a link/website or other source for information on these carbs? What about getting parts?

TIA

Where to purchase "Ducati Twins Restoration Guide"

Hello there.

I am trying to find a new copy of Ian Falloon's "Ducati Twins Restoration Guide: Bevel Twins 1971-85". I can't seem to find it anywhere in the USA. I've heard it was out of print but was recently reprinted. Is this true?

Anyone know of a source?

Thanks in advance.
