If you check with your local DMV, they can tell you what is needed. They may want to inspect the serial# on the bike. They usually like some sort of "paper trail' of ownership, or a "Statement of Facts". Hope that helps, Mike.

I have just acquired what I believe to be a '64 250 narrow case Scrambler. The Bike was a Barn find, and seems to be complete. The engine # is DM250-89001. I can't however, seem to locate the Frame #. The Bike has good compression, and I would like to restore it if it is advisable. Any help you can ...
