Re: Rear master cylinder

if its the factory MC then it is in fact the same bore as the front and uses the same kit. Yes there are identical units out there that are 12mm found on some PANTAH bikes.

I have no idea what tolerance is needed just not tight and not allowing for any side to side movement once installed. It doesn;t matter what size nipple you use just put it somewhere easy to get to and so it ...

Re: 860 gt Moving forks up 5mm in Triple Clamps??

The super relaxed geometry of all the bevel drives is very couch like. raising the forks (dropping the triple clamps - same thing) will change geometry slightly which will give a bit quicker handling. Doing this as well as adding a qtr or 3/8" length of your shocks coupled with the CORRECT size...

Re: 860 Clutch Cable slack when warm

Re: Restoration almost complete. Won’t start

its easy to bend the spring coil and slip in a washer or penny etc. Do several alternating side to side to stretch the spring length. Or, pickup and heavy duty spring hook and be done with it in 10 seconds. https://store.bevelheaven.com/Tools/Heavy-Duty-Spring-Hook/ https://store.bevelheaven.com/ima...

Re: Restoration almost complete. Won’t start

Might help to give some more details such as:

- motor rebuilt or not?
- carbs rebuilt or not?
- bosch pickup wires changed out or any other electronics changed?
- power to the coils?
- spark?

Could be something very simple or something bigger.........................
