if its the factory MC then it is in fact the same bore as the front and uses the same kit. Yes there are identical units out there that are 12mm found on some PANTAH bikes.

the swing arm needs a shim on each side to keep the swing arm from grinding into the frame. I have no idea what tolerance is needed just not tight and not allowing for any side to side movement once installed. It doesn;t matter what size nipple you use just put it somewhere easy to get to and so it ...

The super relaxed geometry of all the bevel drives is very couch like. raising the forks (dropping the triple clamps - same thing) will change geometry slightly which will give a bit quicker handling. Doing this as well as adding a qtr or 3/8" length of your shocks coupled with the CORRECT size...

Kara - do you have the clutch actuator lever set so there is only about 2mm clearance between it and the sprocket cover? If not, start but adjusting for the spec, using the adjuster in the center of the pressure plate, then adjust the cable for a minimal amount of slop when you turn the bars full lo...

its easy to bend the spring coil and slip in a washer or penny etc. Do several alternating side to side to stretch the spring length. Might help to give some more details such as:
- motor rebuilt or not?
- carbs rebuilt or not?
- bosch pickup wires changed out or any other electronics changed?
- power to the coils?
- spark?
Could be something very simple or something bigger.........................
