Any help most welcome!
I’m fitting Race Tech emulators to my front shocks and wanted to check something as there was no specific instructions for my bikes year. Thanks so much in advance!

I had taken off the standard piston rings and fitted the emulator, but there seems to be ...

Marzocchi AG Strada screw cap
Hello, one of the caps from my rear Marzocchi shocks has fallen off and I’m having trouble finding a replacement. I got a rebuild kit, however that part was not included. It’s the large screw on cap at top with a valve in the center.

1981 Ducati 900ss Restoration
This one was a slow process and a big learning curve.
These pics were taken a few months back when the project was finished. I’ve since been riding a lot, ironing out the kinks. I wasn’t prepared for the constant maintenance these older bikes require, but it’s been worth it :)

Re: Washers... Genius. Will try this, thanks!
I was using a rope pulley system which came close but no joy.

Re: Restoration almost complete. Won’t start
Thanks Steve,
Indeed it could be anything as it’s a complete rebuild, hopefully something simple.
Engine and carbs rebuilt
Electrics replaced. The resistors were omitted (wired out)
Has spark
Will check power to coils
Ducadini - Apologies, by electronic I meant electric start as opposed to ...

Restoration almost complete. Won’t start
HNY! Thought I’d post an update to my 900SS restoration which is almost complete.
I am having issues with getting it started. So far only a few backfires and some savage kickbacks. Kind of wishing I went with an electronic ignition to avoid all the bruises.
I’m guessing it’s a timing issue so ...

Re: Electrical components for 900ss
Hey Rick, thanks so much for taking the time to help out!
To be honest I would have preferred to go with a more modern solution... Munit or something similar. Your bike has a nice clean setup there.
The new electrical parts are ones my dad installed so he must have been set on keeping it close to ...

Hello, I'm currently installing the rear brakes and levers on my 81, 900ss
There are a few parts which I'm having trouble sourcing... Specifically, Rod Terminals and Rod Fork ends.

Rear axle clamps - 900ss
Has anyone seen rear axle clamps that look like this? Have they been altered or do some come like this?
I'm just wondering which way they go on the bike, cheers!

Greetings from Brisbane
Back in 2015 I inherited a restoration project from my father, who sadly passed away before it's completion. I think Dad was known as Ducarattie on these forums?
The project is an 81 Ducati 900ss. Originally silver, changed to black and gold with the older more iconic looking seat.
