Ok so the original carbs off the 900ss got a little hot! Well a little! they were partially melted as the original bike had been in a fire and the carbs were BER! FUBAR! I did manage to save the ali tops, float bowls, and jets (more to see what it was originally running). Now the question/dilemma sh...

900ss clocks?

OK guys so i have no clocks for my 1978 900ss :(
Now (sorry an uneducated question) what clocks should i be looking for? are they used on any other Ducati of the the time? where they used on any other Italian manufacturers?

Many thanks Rick, yes much work to do but already accomplished a lot.
Engine is blasted, polished and rebuilt, Soooo many shims!
And the frame should be back from paint any day so i can pop it into an almost rolling chassis, wheels need painting and need rubber but..

Hello form Buckinghamshire in the UK

Good morning well finally got through the sign in process :-D So i picked up a proper barn find 1978 900ss. All in bits, but looking through everything i have a rolling chassis, no bodywork, clocks or electrics. So i have rebuilt the engine and frame should be back from paint this week and body work...
