Thanks Steve - I did take a peek at that but perhaps took the reference to disc brake rear too literally having had limited experience and not knowing if the drum carriers were any different. Hi Rob from a fellow GT restorer in Victoria,

Tasty photos and am on board with you as far as the subtle mods are concerned. Frame looks a treat as does the finish work on the rear hub (recently finished my hub/sprocket assembly). Frame, swingarm and accessories are being 2-pac'd this week.

Hi Folks and many thanks for the replies.

Just to clarify, the spacer is that which is located within (I believe) the sprocket carrier and not the wheel hub. Whilst I do admit that my photo-documenting of the tear down was a bit tardy, I was very diligent in bagging up items and the dang spacer was ...
