Yes I have downloaded the instuction.
But I've heard that the the Mille has a different diameter of the rotor!
Do you know the difference?
Best regards

How to set the timing on a Mille?
How should i set the pickups on my Mille?
Is it just to set it with the marks as on the attached picture or should it be set with some advance? I've got access to the Brancato tool.

Re: bosch ignition pickup tool Q
Does anyone have a drawing of the setting tool or just the coordinates for the tool? I also wonder if it is possible to use the 900 pickup mountingplate on the Mille? Part 15......... https://www.ducaticlassics.com/parts/900-mike-hailwood-replica/all/electric-system Instead of part 22........ https:...

Ducati Mille inner clutch cover by Gilardoni
I’ve bought this beautiful inner cover for the Mille and S2. Made by Gilardoni. It’s sandcasted. I’m checking if there is an interest in making copies of this and maybe also the outer cover. I have access to measure the coordinates. Is there anyone out there that have a 3D scanner and a 3D printer t...

Re: Battery cable upgrade.
The load was about 10 amps lower with the new cable. I`ll have to check the startermotor to see if I Can lower the load.

Battery cable upgrade.
I upgraded the battery cable to the solenoid. The load with the original cable was around 77Amps when the startermotor ran. The loss in the original cable was around 200Watt, according to my mechanic. I went to a local shop and made a new cable that is around 10mm in diameter. The difference was hug...

Re: Fuel pouring from carby
I had trouble with my MHR Mille 1985.The front cylinder was flooded with fuel. After some investigation I found out that the RH fueltap (The vaccum controlled fuel tap) was the problem. The diaphragm (membrane) was leaking, so the fuel went through the vaccum hose (the one that goes to the inlet man...

Re: Mille Clutch cylinder o-rings.
My friend helped me with the dimensions......I.e 35.55-30.97=4.58mm 4.58 /2=2.29mm 2.29+20%=2.75mm maximum size of o-ring, 37 - 30,97 = 6.03 6.03 / 2 = 3,015 3.015 + 20% = 3.618 maximum size of o-ring Max komprimering means Maximum compressing in Swedish

Mille Clutchbasket tool
I've made a clutchbasket tool. The inside hole is 90mm, The outer diameter is 161mm and the diameter at the bottom of the 12 teeth is 151mm and the teeth are 13.5mm wide. I locked the big nut with 100nm, the same torque as the clutchcenter since I haven't found any torque for this nut.

Clutch centernut torque
Does anyone know the torque for the clutchnut.
In the Mille book there is nothing about the torque for the inner nut M55x1.5mm.
The outer nut torque is 100Nm.
