I own a 1971 Ducati 350 Mark 3 Desmo which I bought without any documents or plate, I've finished the restoration now and I'm trying to obtein an "historic plate" (or so they call it here in Spain) in order to put the bike in the street. Well, here comes the problem, I need to know ...
