Ah!!! I forgot all about Rick's diagram. Completed the wiring...so sorry for the last post. Not getting the alternator to charge has been frustrating and impossible to find another alt. peace

On the Ducati, I am at a stand-still. There are 6 wires coming from after-market Regulator and the wiring diagram from Steve only shows 5. AND, not the same colour code. If you look above, you will see the wires. This ...

I believe this is an after-market regulator that came from Bevel Heaven. Pictures show 6 wires, where the stock regulator in the diagram shows 4. Only the 2 yellow wires from the alternator are connected to the regulator. The red wire from alternator is connected to the battery...too weird ...

I just bought this bike and it has an after market (I believe) regulator. There are 3 wires coming from the alternator, but only 2 are connected to this regulator. The 3rd (red/black) is extended and connected to positive post of battery. Bike is not charging battery, hence my search for the reason ...
