Question on Scarab brakes

Does anyone know where I can get my front brake - scarab (73 sport 750) re- hauled or buy a new master cylinder and brake clamp. Not the best set up when it comes to quality, but would like to keep the bike original; finding out rapidly that many parts are made in "unobtanium" alloys. Thanks for the info!!!

Mine was resleeved and fitted with a modified P515 Brembo kit by Road and Race.
