Help Finding a Mechanic

I know I should be able to do the mechanical (valve shims) myself, but I'm lazy and have been spoiled by the simplicity of my smokers. Does anyone know of a good bevel mechanic in South Florida? I'm on the east side of the state in Stuart (an hour and a half north of Ft. Lauderdale). I'm familiar with Syd (Malc) over in St. Pete, but I would like to find someone closer. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Scott
