On any Sunday

Post by John_W »

Hi people,
I struggled as to which section to post this question in, so apologies if its not in the right one.
My question is, do any Ducatis feature in the above film ?

Wondering if there might be any riders on scramblers or RTs.
Just out of interest really.

Thanks,
John.

It's called 'on any Sunday', and is a sort of documentary about all the sporting aspects of motorcycling.
It has Steve McQueen in it in places riding in desert races etc.
It was filmed in 1970/1 and is available on DVD etc from amazon.
There Are a number of clips on YouTube, but wondered if anyone had watched it and seen any ducatis.

If you like old bikes it's worth a watch as its entertaining to see how things progressed.
I will watch it again myself and see what I can spot.

Thanks,
John.

Iconic film, probably the major reason why bikes became so popular at the time,to my knowledge zero Ducatis.Plenty of Huskys and British twin desert sleds though
