Are the manifolds different between the sport and the GT? I.e. will a phf32 mount on gt manifolds?
They seem to be on the parts diagram.

all Sports had PHF32AS/AD Dellorto carbs.
the earliest GT had AMAL carbs all the rest had Dellorto PHF30AS/AD then PHF32AS/AD.
The manifolds are different for these AMAL carbs as compared to for the PHF Dellortos.

I believe you mean PHF30 AS/AD on the GT.
The exploded parts diagram shows 3 different manifolds, one for the Amal, one for the Dellorto sport which appears to be straight and one for the Dellorto GT.
By your answer am I to understand that the PHF30 and PHF32's use the same manifolds.

Also the Sport manifold (2) has less of an angle than the GT manifold (3). Perhaps for GT air box clearance?

The GT had identical manifolds front and rear, indeed for the air filter.
Sport and Supersport had a straighter rear.
