750 Roundcase Final Drive Sprocket Nut

Post by wiltshire102 »

Dear All

This will be an easy one for those of you in the know...

Please can somebody confirm that the final drive sprocket retaining nut on a 750 Roundcase has a 'conventional' right hand thread - i.e anti clockwise to undo?

Any advice will be gratefully appreciated.

Regards

Indeed, anti-clock to unscrew.
They can be VERY difficult when the nut was tightened with the correct tool :-(
Be sure to unlock the special washer.
