750 Sport Tail Light/Plate Holder

Post by manitoufs »

The original plate holder on my 73 Sport is made of a n ABS type plastic and has the round tail light lens. I am not aware of any repros.

Replica licenceplate / taillight holder

Post by Eldert »

Hi George
replicas are made in Italia in ABS
not a perfect fit they need a little remodeling with a paint stripper
taillights with steel housing are also availeble again
taillight runs about 30 euro, the bracket about 50 euro

Great info Eldert. I hope Larry sees this. I am sure he will be looking for leads on where to get them. Do you have any?

Or at least Road&Race did a couple of years ago...I got one that was a fiberglass braket and an ABS lamp base.

George, you've probably already sourced a new light/holder by now but if not Steve Craven of SCR Ducati in Oz makes an excellent repro'. His email address is; [email protected]

Hope this helps.
