The e start 750 is extremely rare [200 I think] and I've never seen a manual on them. The closest diagram would probably be the early 860 diagram. Looking at it it seems pretty simple, a button to energize the solenoid that gets its power from a switched source[power to the button,pushing the button powers the solenoid] and the attendant heavy gauge cables [battery to solenoid,solenoid to starter] Pretty much an afterthought even on the 860.
