Gudday from NewZealand

Post by Grinder »

Hi,another Kiwi .Have been browsing the forum for a while.Heaps of good info to be had for sure.Am joining the bevel world again after a 20 year break,Have a couple of other toys in the shed,A 08 Morini Corsaro,A Honda Vtr 1000,most of a 48 twin port Ariel nh.Soon to arrive(late chistmas pressy),a 75 GT 860.shes got a sweet motor but is a bit weathered cosmetically, wont be to much trouble to get her looking good, though someone has used an aggresive cleaner to degrease the cases at some stage.
No doubt I will be askig a few questions, thanks in advance.
I will be looking to upgrade, modernize the ignition 1st,looks to be some good solutions in that respect :) .My 1st Bevel was a 78 Darmah,I loved it ,also taught myself to do the shimming to save money(scarey the 1st time but nuthin went bang),when I sold that I had one of the ist GT 750s (Amals, grimeca etc)which I really enjoyed.(Ahhh, the stuff we wish we had kept. :!: :!: :!: :!: )
Will thro some photos up when the new toy turns up.

Stay safe,have fun
