Welcome, there are some French speakers on the list as well as Dutch.

May I enquire if your Triumph still has the original 5-speed gear cluster? The reason I'm interested is that I have a cluster from a 1972 T120RV sitting in a box in my workshop which I may fit to my 1970 T120R at some point. I have heard, though, that the 5-speeds are quite fragile.

Yes, it has the 5 speed cluster...but the bike is not running yet, it is currently undergoing a nice cafe racerization; it should be ready by the spring...yes, they are supposed to be fragile...so I can't really comment at the moment!
All the best!
