engine breather filters

Post by unclewilly »

My 750GT has had S and B (k&N type)air filters fitted to it. As the breather pipe is not now attched to any air box, is it wise to fit a breather engine filter direct to the hard plastic spout or to the top of the rubber hose under the tank?
Suggestions?

yes, that is exactly what I do. K&N makes a nice filter that normally pops into a valve cover on cars available at most auto parts shops like kragon, napa etc
