Shops that work on Bevel Ducati engines

Hey Ya'll,
I see the old list here of shops or specialist that worked on our bikes at one time but many of these are no longer available to us. I'm looking for someone in the eastern U.S. that can inspect and finish assembling the engine for my Darmah custom. The engine is supposedly mostly rebuilt by a one man shop in North Carolina but has been there 4 years and I'm no longer confident it will ever be completed. I am willing to ship the engine but would much prefer to deliver it myself.
Maybe I'm spoiled but for any of you that may have a two stroke road machine in your collection I have Ed Toumey just up the road from me and I can drop boxes of parts off that get turned into a performance engine in under a month. Great guy and will build pipes for your application.
Many thanks in advance
