Post by nottonight68 »

Here's my bike in the fore ground and my mates in the back ground. Both brand new 1977. Can you pick the differences- there are a few.... Yet both bikes are straight from the factory

correct but theres more !
these bikes were purchased within 2 months of each other and had very close numbers-which prooves restoring to concourse will bring different results.
ive got a few more pics from the70's if your interested.
look carefully at the pics to find a few more differences

cheers steve

The other diffs i can see are the stickers on the fairing seem to be on diff angles, ones got slots for indicator stalks and the other doesn't and one has a seal around the screen.
Got to love Ducatis q/c

the 3 duc's you on your 900, Magoo on his 750, and Grant on his 750 green frame, i can remember you could hear his bevel drive whine from miles away, the only duc i ever heard that bad .Wonder how much he sold that for or even bought it for.
