Wanted: 2002 Ducati 620/750 i.e Workshop Manual #91470351A

Any help locating my personal "holy grail" of a workshop manuals would be GREATLY appreciated.
It's out of print through Ducati. The new "replacement" is the 2004 400/620 i.e. book., which I'm not interested in.
Checked Carl Salter's awsome collection, but it's not there. Ducati.nu, too and it's a no-go.
Found it on repairmanual.com but it's literally a $100 photocopy. Very hard to swalllow (but might be my only choice).
Any help finding a factory original (and better yet-a binder!), or even a quality .pdf would be rewarded.
