1993 Ducati 900 SL Superlight

Post by bodain »

For sale in N. Texas....

93 Ducati 900 SL Superlight... Ok. You have to understand. I'm not really a Duc type of guy... I decided to trade my perfect 1974 Kawasaki H1 for it.
I know how rare these are. Only 300 imported into the US. It does need a bit of love. Has 32,000 miles. Ducati Superlight number 774. It does have the Marvic wheels.

Pics on request. $2700.00

OK, did you already sold your H1?
It might be (much) more valuable at the end......!
I have a perfect '73 H2 (widowmaker) standing next to my '85 Mille.....

I dropped my H1 all over the road trying to go around a corner in 1980, promptly sold it to a bike wrecker and bought a Duke. I've still got the Duke - but I wouldn't mind a ride on the H1, just on a straight road!!!

Mike,

That's how I remember it...including oil patch below!!! Did you have that cafe seat made up for it? Mine had a fibreglass bit holding the tail light. What year H1 is it?

mizike77,

I think mine had a disk front brake. I have no photos of it. Would that have been right?

The early drumbrake 500 H1 versions are the ones everybody is searching for....! ( next to the 750 H2 of course...)
Go to the message board on www.kawaskitriplesworldwide.com and it will find a new, dedicated owner for sure!!
