Another ID Question Old Scrambler

I was told the Ducati I bought was a mid 60's. Serial Num. MVIN 27395 IND stamped in the frame. It looks to me to be a dirt bike or motorcross bike but, I see a lot of old scrambler with headlights & taillights. Didn't know if this one had the lights or not. It also has a 21" front rim & 18 Back Rim. Just trying to find out a little info. Thanks For your Time! Eyeball Kid
