Engine Repair Stand

Post by ducatiboys » Wed Oct 03, 2012 6:55 pm

Hi,
Has anyone made a good homemade repair stand for a 250 narrow case engine?
Also has this topic been discussed before and where can I find it?

Thanks

I have one up the back of the garage. I will try and dig it out and then post a photo for you.

Does any one have a picture of a work stand for a N/C 250?
Thanks

I built a work stand for my 250nc motor out of Unistrut & associated hardware. Pretty straightforward, a bit of cutting and grinding, but all bolts together. Super solid and easy to move around. Plus, easy to convert to other motors.

I'll post some pics when I get home and upload photos.

Cheers,

Tom

Were the rest of the build as easy / inexpensive as the stand.
