Incomplete narrow case road bike, needs mudguards, chainguard, speedo for Mot ,silencer will ground.Otherwise nice. For road use a better seat, rev counter and different levers ,Those fitted will give a very heavy clutch and innefective front brake.Long tank will put too much wieght on the bars for road use.

Dont know ,but way too much tyre for 25bhp.Wont fit std forks. This bike is niether fish nor fowl, ornamental project.Pretty but sad, no use on the track, too uncomfortable for the road, its not going to be used, shame.

I can understand the lenght of the tank being an issue however I have been trying to find someone that makes a good tank.. i thought it flowed well on this bike however a slightly shorter one would be a better deal..

this is what ive gotten into thus far

Marks on crank suggest its been apart for trap cleaning or new B/end at some tme, otherwise all looks fair, not too much butchery, cam tunnel damage from missing drive sleeve?or detached circlip.Build something sensible and get it out on the road, too many of these bikes dont get ridden, mines the only one out round these parts.

working on it one day at a time.. few issues noted inside and still without a haynes or parts manual

only guess on the bevel tube is that the retainer is gone and that someone forgot to put it in.. however there was no piston in it when i took it apart and it amazed me and puzzled me as the thing was buttoned up very well.. need something to look the crank to get the bolts off.. just not sure if i should use the whole to the side that lines up with a whole in the crank to lock it in position

Lock engine with steel bar (wrap in tape) thro small end ,crank at half stroke, support bar on timber blocks on case, undo clutch first,I use battery rattle gun. Puller for flywheel!!Dont mix up or loose shims.Be extra carefull this is precision engine, dont hit end of crank!!
