Eldert is a very helpfull and usefull guy, often he is the only one to come up with an answer, I very much value his input.

i agree and it would be great to get to a bit of his personal experiences and thoughts coming through-but perhaps thats for another place

I suspect thats because he is one of the (very few )guys who really knows, what he is talking about..
