I know that in 77 Ducati made some special 500 desmo called "super sport"
The camshaft was different, bigger valves and 40 mm carbs
This bike output was 61 HP at 10.000 rpm, an it was very fast.
One of them was raced by Brewster in Australie ( Melbourne)
