Rebuildng fork on spanish 350 Scrambler

Post by catacans »

Hi,

I want to chrome the lower part of my forks (sorry for my technical english, don't know all the right words :? ) so I need to separate them from the rest of the fork. I don't know if it is Marzocchi or Ceriani (75' built in Spain, any advice?) and my question is:

I have already unscrewed the part which holds the fork seals, emptied the oil removing the fork caps, but how do I separate the inner fork from the outer barrel?

Thanks and regards, Christopher

Hi Chistopher
Mototrans forks are not Ceriani or Marzocchi but Telesco forks
Made in Spain

Hi Elbert,

might be, but any advice on how to dismantle it, should be similar to the other forks ...
