Hi to all, I have just stripped and cleaned out my forks ready for the new works springs and gold valve emulators and adjustable preloads, quick question and wish i could post a picture. In the Darmah parts book SSD in the exploded view of the front forks item No 34 which sits on top of item 35 which is the lower bushing which is located in the end of the fork tube by a circlip. It is a valve listed in the parts page and it has a different diameter landing at each end. Question is this does the larger diameter go into the bush face down or face up away from the bush? the smaller side was down when I stripped them but who knows how many times they have been apart before, looks like the larger landing should go into the bush?
Thanks Heaps
John
