So my bike has always run rich.
I have recently read that the needle valve should not be compressed at all when taking the measurement.
I have always taken the measurement with the floats resting on the valve, this could explain a few things.
So I should be using figure 13?
Thanks folks!

Looks like they sell the gauges here too. Easy enough to make though.
