After a thorough clean and new seals and gaskets my 32 's are looking good. The only thing , to cause concern is my total inability to blow through the non return valves,no amount of huffing and sucking has any effect, although they lift with the lightest touch of a probe. Anyone checked these ?.

Gently verifying that the little white plastic ball moves is all you need to do.

You blow on each end of the other non returns screwed into the bottom of the carbs - air should go from 1 end and not the other....

Thanks Steve, yes its the one with the plastic ball . Ball is free but valve will not lift with my amount of puff!!.Found another way to measure pump output. Remove jet tube from side of carb, block hole thats in the throat , operate throttle and catch the fuel that pours out from side of carb and measure.

Ok but seeing as the amount of fuel is regulated by the PUMP JET SIZE what you suggest is probably inaccurate relating to measuring 5cc with 20 pulls of the throttle......
