Need Gas Cap & bars for '62 200GT

My project bike came missing several key parts, but I've been able to source most everything except a bayonet style gas cap for a 60mm OD neck. Anyone know of a source for this item, new or used?

Also, it came with swan neck clip-ons, which are not correct, at least according to the factory brochure. I found some online, but with shipping from Italia, they'd be nearly $400...ouch! Anyone know a set with levers for the 31.5mm forks?
