Sorry if this is the wrong section as the question relates to my exhaust setup. Using contis on a 1979 900SS, I lost the bolt (no passenger footrests) that hold the silencer to the frame. Looking at the parts guides it would appear to be a 7/16 14mm bolt. I can only get metric parts where I live, can anyone suggest somewhere in Europe that would sell these or similar bolts. The thread seems quite fine to me - is it a special size? Is this an imperial size - whitworth, UNF or what????
