ENTRY DEADLINE APPROACHES FOR MOTORCYCLE CONCOURS

The cut-off date for motorcycle entries for the second annual Legend of the Motorcycle Concours d’Elegance is just weeks away. The entry deadline is DECEMBER 31st. Submissions received after the closing date will not be considered.

All motorcycle makes and models up to 1975 are eligible. Entry forms can be found on the website or faxed by request.

With the limited field space, the coveted “God of Speed™” bronze trophy awarded for first place, and gifts given last year such as a Cartier watch, the competition for the 2007 invitational has been extremely strong and owners are encouraged to send in their applications as soon as possible.

Says co-founder Jared Zaugg, “Last year’s assembly made history and it’s an exciting challenge to gather a similar but unique display. Not only is it very rewarding for the owners, but for many attendees it’s the first time they’ve ever been exposed to these legendary machines”.

“The interest and support for this has been overwhelming and we look forward to continuing an annual, world-class forum for motorcycles of all marques. Wherever you live in the world, you’ll find it worth your while to participate”, adds co-founder Brooke Roner.

The international event will take place the first weekend in May at the same dramatic locale on the lawns of the ocean-side Ritz-Carlton in Half Moon Bay, California, just south of San Francisco.

This year should see an increase in participants and attendees as well. Please try to come to the event if you can. For those of you thinking that you might want to show your bike, please get ahold of myself or Jared ASAP for an entry form as the deadline is quickly approaching. We would really like to see more DUCATI bikes on display this year!
