Anyone know where to source a seat for an MHR?

Are you looking for a seat base, i.e. the whole rear fiberglass part painted in red/green, or for the padded part cover (black vinyl)? In case you need only the padded part cover try: www.desmo-ducati.de and then click on "shop". Andreas is offering in the set the pillion passenger cover's cover with the DUCATI stamp on it.
If you wish the whole rear seat base, then try: www.oldracingspareparts.com
Stefania Sassi will be available in September to help you as she is the only one who speaks English there.
