Thanks, I am still trying to find out some history on it. I will try to date the Moto Giro number plates to see when it last ran there. Some said that it had 125 engine cases but the correct 1957 frame. Thanks Ralph

Ralph,

Bike has incorrect outer covers (gearchange, points/oil and primary)on it for a 175, they are off the smaller 100/125 engine.

Forks are off a wide case bike piost 71 I think. Frame is from the early run as it has the non tubular front down tube. Swinging arm pin outer supports have been added at a later date.

If I can work out how to put a photo up on this site, I have photos of an original bare frame.
