I'm looking for a recondition and drilling service for my brake rotors - any recommendations?

You didn't mention where you are located geographically or what bike this is for
but this business advertises on the AHRMA (vintage MC racing) web site and in their rule book.

I have not used them but know that they have done this for a long time.
You could also search for a machine shop that specializes in brake work for vintage car racing.
They may also work on MC rotors as well.

I may send them off (I'm in upper Midwest).

I had the rotors hydro-blasted and they look great. The advice I was given from a local Vintage Duc shop is to not bother turning them, I may have them do the drilling, and then paint myself.

Any advice on paint? I usually use an enamel for something like this.

hi temp BBQ or header paint is best.

please countersink any holes you drill.

Whatever you want to call it as long as you get rid of the sharp edges.

Gaccha. I think of countersunk as using an angle cutter to prep a hole for a countersunk screw. De-bur as just removing the sharp edges.
