can't find a thread but apologies if already covered..
specifically regarding the rear wheel... bearings were removed by the guy who painted them, so i'm not quite sure how they go back together...
from pictures i have, looks like the longer end of the stepped down portion of the spacer (ie part that protrudes through the bearing) goes on the caliper side of the wheel.. ? question is, whats the best procedure for fitting the bearings and spacer? should i fit the spacer to one of the bearings on the bench?
I'm used to wheels where the spacer just fits between the bearings rather than be located in/through the inner race...
4 bolt wheels if that makes any difference..
thanks.
