wiring loom

Hi I have a darmah with a missing cable its red and should be connected to pin 11 on the 12 way plug up to the ignition switch and idiot lights.It Is shown on all the wiring diagrams I have seen but its not in my new 2nd hand loom and it wasn't in my old loom long since gone as there is no pin 11 in that plug either. The ignition switch has the 4 connection sockets so I'm sure it must be just a case of a link at that point or connect the plug differently. Any ideas or wiring diagrams would be fantastic, Thanks
