BP6HS or BPR6HS?

Post by confusa »

Fellow at the auto store tells me these are essentially the same plugs with the R just meaning it has a resistor to radio interference. Anyone use the "R" ones?

Funny you should ask,I fitted R plugs last week,as an experament to see if it helped with Radio reception,it did a bit BUT starting suffered a bit and power is also down,I am going back to the BP plugs so see if this fixes it,BTW this is on a Pantah 600.Also in the Irideum style plugs they only come as R type.

Arse dyno only, its been a while but it was like a brake was draging a lot,it would not pull top gear on a flat expressway.Old plugs fixed it.Maybe I have resister caps, add Resistor plugs makes to much Resistance, just my guess
