Ignition leads on a Pantah

Hi Guys

Working on the Pantah and re routing some wiring. I bump the ignition lead to the top of the coil for the front cylinder and the wire came out !!!

HAd a look and it looks to me like the wire just either sits back in or pushes onto a spike or something on top of the coil.

Any ideas guys, is it like a normal car one with a connector embedded on the end and mine is ust broke or is there some other special Ducati way these wires connect on.
