OK, after getting some books on the singles and reading up I now know my Monza is most likely a 1966 and titled when sold in '69. Thanks to those who responded...I am most of the way there. However, I am still needing the following items:

center stand
lower triple tree (31.5mm)
damper knob (tall version)
battery strap
