do you know the size of the bigend bearing ?
the late type vento used the same bearing as a beveltwin 38 X 44 X 22

you only need the connectingrod or a complete set with B.E. bearing and pin ?

Just to add to Eldert's comments ...

According to this page from the parts book, it seems that the rod originally only came as part of a set, part number 0725 47 350:

However, I see that Andy Nienhagen has a Carillo rod listed under part number, 0725 47 350.1.

I have a couple of other ideas of where you might try, but let us know exactly what it is you need.

Ciao

Craig, Vento owner :vroom: :vroom: :-D

Try:
1. Andy Nienhagen (Felbach, Germany).

2. Andreas Wolf (Alicante, Spain).

3. Ian Gowanloch (Australia) has some Mototrans parts.
[email protected]

4. NIgel Lacey (UK) has re-manufactured rod sets, but possibly only for the narrow-case Mototrans, But worth asking.

5. It's possible that Ricardo Fargas, racer and former Commercial Manager at Mototrans, still has some parts. Apparently, he's in Barcelona, but I don't have any contact details for him.
