Non-desmo 450 engine wanted

I'm looking for a non-desmo 450 single in decent running condition. Need engine electrical (magneto or alternator OK), exhaust, shift and kick start levers, don't need a carb. Must have clear title. A wrecked bike with California plate would be ideal, but just the engine bits listed would be great.
I recall some singles had rockers with adjustable screws/nuts instead of the stem caps. These adjustable rockers would be much preferred over the cap version. Northern California to Reno would be great, I can pick up.

I am not interested in, nor can afford, a pristine collector grade engine. I'm recreating a dirt bike I'd built in the 70's, Ducati engine in a Maico chassis.

I plan to license this for street like the first one, and ride it often, both street and dirt. Might even race an AHRMA event someday just for grins...
