This is the tank off my 1972 350 Road. ( See pictures in the gallery) The paint is a little faded and the chrome shows ghost images of the stickers that used to be on it. There is some rust inside and along the lower edge. The metal is very solid though. The biggest problem is the fuel taps. I think they were originally 12 x 1.0 mm. The right has been "converted" to 12 x 1.5 mm and the left had a 1/2"-13 bolt in it. I have a 12 x 1.5 tap that I will include. The lever on it has been replaced with a bolt, but it works. For the other side, you could plug it back up or make an adapter. This is a good tank if you need something to get your bike running. With a bunch of work, it could be restored. I have seen worse, that's for sure! I also have a set of the correct stickers.
I would like to get $100 for it or I will trade for a headlight and/or wire headlight brackets for the same bike. Make me a reasonable offer. The tank is off to a new home.
