Try bevelrubber.com.au or send him an e-mail at [email protected] No Guarantees, but I am reasonably sure he replicates the switches and I also think he was able to get some original keys.

Thanks Rick, just what I was looking for, I got one too! Pretty amazing all the stuff he makes. Said he was currently doing a run of Conti exhaust clamps too, both M's and R's.
